Issues arising from voluntary pre-payment by the client before the rough sketch stage are not the artist's responsibility. Pre-payment is discouraged. 7. Refund Policy Refund requests due to simple changes of mind or unilateral decisions without mutual agreement are not accepted. 8. Use of Completed Artwork Completed commissions may be used as samples in the future. If you do not wish for your artwork to be used as a sample, please inform me in advance. Opting out of sample use incurs an additional fee of $10. 9. Liability Disclaimer The artist shall not be held liable for any issues that arise from the client's failure to read and understand these terms. 10. Strict Prohibition for Minors
Minors are strictly prohibited from applying for this adult commission.
Identity falsification is strictly forbidden, including forging identification, using an adult as a proxy, or having an adult transfer the commissioned artwork to a minor.
Any unexpected fraudulent activity beyond these mentioned cases is also prohibited. The artist holds no responsibility for any issues that may arise due to such violations.
Restrictions on Certain Requests
I do not accept commissions involving commercial characters that cannot be used for derivative works, non-monetizable content, or genres that are difficult to work on.
If I discover that the work cannot be monetized during the commission process, I reserve the right to cancel the contract.
If monetization issues are discovered after the work is completed, the client will be held responsible for all consequences.
Client's Responsibility in Providing Information
The client is responsible for providing all necessary details about the character to prevent potential issues during the commission process.
This requirement ensures a smooth workflow. I expect honest and responsible requests that follow the provided guidelines.
Slot Management & No-Show Policy
To maintain efficient slot turnover, any secured slots without communication or submission of reference materials for more than 3 days will be canceled.
Due to the increasing number of no-show slots, the previous 7-day limit has been reduced to 3 days (from 2023.05.08). Thank you for your understanding.
